No bucket for a bucket list

Dear Sugarbee,

We hope this email finds you well, and congratulations if you still are.

It is crucial that we celebrate small victories along the way to keep the spirits up, which brings us to the assessment of your particularly unique performance.

We are very proud and truly honored to have you on board with us for the past 60 years.

All thanks to you, we have undergone such profound transformation from an invincible underdog to a reputable liability in the system.

Our phone lines have never stopped ringing since the day you stepped foot into our department, and we deeply appreciate your continuous and persistent efforts in delivering orders regardless of constructive criticism and well-meaningful discussions.

Due to your unprecedented performance, there has been brilliant improvements in our establishment that prompted us to reevaluate our establishment policies and restructure our organization.

Without your contribution, these rectifications will never be brought to light and everything will remain as status quo.

Even though that is the norm in the system, we acknowledged that it is our responsibility to pour in as much resources in dispute resolution for the sake of our performing employees and most importantly, to carry on the establishment legacy of more than 120 years of top-notch servitude.

Needless to say, for the past 60 years our reputation has taken a surprising route of introspection in preparation for the future, which we will definitely thrive and prosper after your departure.

However, we truly believe that your presence and contributions will never be forgotten.

Thank you for sticking with us through thick and thin during these difficult times, and we are so glad that you have finally decided to focus on yourself and spend time doing what you do best.

May your days be care free, sweet and always filled with pure happiness.

Yours truly,
Honeybee
