Fake confidence

If there is no reason to be confident but the world demands it to be given, then I’ll present to you arrogance.

Oddly similar, the only difference would be the execution.

Perhaps confidence means being comfortable in your own skin, while arrogance might take it a little too far. To psychoanalyze myself, (for your pleasure and mine), I’m always friends with arrogance.

Arrogant people are very proud of themselves, and guess what?

I’m never proud of who I am, but to act confident takes a lot of self-reflection and calmness to not cringe in disgust after digesting that knowledge of knowing thy self.

Until then, it is always a pleasant treat to be aloof, self-important, cocky, and the wet blanket in every setting possible.
